Change in Tug Rendezvous Times for Vessels Arriving at London Gateway Port

Effective 1st November, please be advised that tug rendezvous times for vessels arriving at London Gateway Port will be revised due to the opening of Berth 4. The existing rendezvous times are no longer applicable, and after careful data collection and review, the following new times have been agreed upon: 

For vessels arriving at LGW Berths 1 & 2: 

Rendezvous at Sea Reach 7 - 45 minutes before arrival time. 

 For vessels arriving at LGW Berths 3 & 4: 

Rendezvous at Sea Reach 7 - 55 minutes before arrival time. 

 For departures, all ship towage tugs should be in position 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure vessels depart on time. 

 We appreciate your attention to these changes and your cooperation in implementing them effectively.
